The U-turn in India's position (and hopefully others too) may has important implications: 1. Continuation of the People's Movement II with renewed confidence and energy 2. Getting rid of the misguided notion that in Nepal the key factor is the interest and saying of international powers. Now it is proved that if our leaders are united and maintain a firm position representing people's aspiration, no foreign power can dictate. Neutral ---------------------------------
