I enetered USa with student visa in 2001  and left my college and worked in differnert places till 2007 and came back to Nepal with my own decision. I now repent of leaving college in first hand and  regret coming back to Nepal. I did try to adjust to my home country but nothing came good in my way. Now I have decided to apply for a visa once again ( try my luck). Back in the states I was issued a SSN also and I worked using the SSN.  All kinds of feelings running in my mind. I would appreciate any suggestion that might be helpful for me.
1. Is it a good idea to apply for a visitor visa or wht should i apply for ( my age 39) 
2. What documents shoulds I furnish to apply for B2 visa
3. Should I mentioned my SSN and DL in my visa application form
4. Is it just waste of application fee viewing my scenario

from your email, I belive you have stayed illegally in USA for atleast 3 years. As per the law you are barred from entering US for 10 years. If you had to stayed illegally, at the age of 39 it would be very difficult to get student visa for undergrad or masters. You can try for visitor visa. I am not trying to discourage you but I see it is very risky and unlikey that you will get the visa. But I will definitely ask you seek expert advice and wish you a best of luck !
