I came her in tourist visa and I am still in status till this date,I have applied for asylum and I got the receipent letter and also I have given the finger print. it more the 2 months and I have not received the Interview date yet what might be the problem ? can someone help me out with this situation because my visa is going to expire in may. I will really appricate it.

All you can do is wait as i ve heard every single Nepali is going to Cali n filing asylum so it's hard to get a date for interview. I ve heard people waiting since 4 months
